Summer Break Theatre Program
Instructor: Peter Royston
For grades 4 – 12
Monday – Friday, August 7-11, 9am – 3pm
Performance: Friday, August 11 at 2pm

The Music Hall Academy, in collaboration with Anywhere Theatre Company, will offer Myth Detectives Theatre Camp where students will create an immersive and interactive production of a new play directed by Peter Royston about a MYSTERY ON MOUNT OLYMPUS!

SOMETHING BAD has happened at the home of the gods, and the immortals are asking members of the audience to help them solve the mystery!

During this week-long camp, young people will take on the roles of the gods of Mount Olympus while at the same time creating sets, costumes and props for our production. Parts include Zeus, Hera, Poseidon, Hades, Persephone, Hermes, Athena, Ares, Apollo, Demeter, Artemis, and more! On Friday at the end of the week, performers will put on two performances, one during the afternoon, one in the evening.

Like bringing stories from the Percy Jackson series, Lore Olympus or Demigods Academy to exciting life, MYTH DETECTIVES will be a perfect event in any myth-loving kids’ summer!
